I am a Pharos subscriber. Why am I asked to subscribe when I want to see Greenspec product listings?
GreenSpec and Pharos are separate products, but you may purchase them together at a discount here or contact Customer Service at 1-800-861-0954.
I'm a BuildingGreen Suite member. Do I need to buy "GreenSpec"?
No, GreenSpec is included as a part of your BuildingGreen Suite membership. If you are an Environmental Building News subscriber, or a Pharos or LEEDuser member, you need to purchase GreenSpec separately. To get access to multiple products at the most advantageous price, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-861-0954.
What is GreenSpec Portfolio?
GreenSpec's Portfolio is a personalized member space for storing product searches, and product listings. This feature will soon be expanded to include sharing your portfolio with colleagues.
How many products can I keep in my portfolio?
You may keep an unlimited number of products and searches.
Can I still see a stored product in my portfolio if it is delisted from GreenSpec?
No—because we no longer recommend them, such products will not be visible when you try to access them

How do I suggest a product?

No, membership has no connection to product suggestions
Who can I contact to update my product listing information?
Is GreenSpec a certification?
GreenSpec is NOT a certification, it is a tool for helping members quickly find the building products that meet the certifications, LEED credits, and specific performance characteristics they require.
Where can I get the logo if my product is listed?
I have lost or forgotten my password. How can I retrieve it?
Use the password retrieval page to have your password sent to your e-mail address. If you no longer have access to the e-mail address associated with your account, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-861-0954 to reset your password.
How do I renew my GreenSpec membership?
Your GreenSpec membership will automatically renew unless we hear differently from you. You will receive advance notice that we are about to renew your membership so that you may change your options as desired.
How do I cancel the membership auto-renew?
2. Click the "My Account" link in the upper-right.
3. Click the tab "Auto-renewals".
4. Click "Cancel" next to the auto-renewing fee and confirm that you want to cancel the renewal.
5. You will continue to have the same access to the site until your existing expiration date which you can view on your My Account page.
GreenSpec is not what I expected. Can I get a refund?
Monthly auto-renewing subscribers can cancel their auto-renew at any time. Please see the previous frequently asked question for instructions. We offer a 100% money back guarantee on annual memberships. Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-861-0954 to request a full refund.
