Greenix modular panels are available with steel or OSB skins. These structural insulated panels (SIPs) are available in various thicknesses from 4” to 6-1/2” and are injected with polyurethane foam, providing R-values between R-25 and R-40. The interlocking, tongue-and-groove panels may be used as exterior walls or in load-bearing floors or roofs.

DeepRoot Green Infrastructure's impermeable geomembranes protect landscaping, hardscapes, and foundations against damage from underground water while also providing some protection against invasive species and roots. (For greater protection against roots, the company also makes dedicated root barrier products). DeepRoot’s geomembranes are made from a minimum 75% post-consumer recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and are available in 300-foot rolls, in three thicknesses, and widths from 18" to 40".

Swing Paints offers low-VOC Wallpaper Prep Coat and Wallpaper Hang-Rite. Wallpaper Prep Coat is an acrylic water-based coating that, according to the company, eliminates the need to sand glossy surfaces or prime new drywall when installing wallpaper. Wallpaper Hang-Rite is a paste activator for prepasted wallcoverings. Prep Coat has a VOC content of 25 g/L and Hang-Rite has a VOC content of 10 g/L.

Builderscrete offers pavers, retaining wall blocks, landscape and building blocks, and brick veneer made from cellulose, portland cement, sand, binders, and other ingredients. The cellulose is sawdust from local sawmills, and although Builderscrete uses some portland cement, the company claims it is much less than standard concrete masonry units (CMUs). Builderscrete products do not require any firing or steam curing and are a third the weight of standard CMUs. They also provide an R-value of 4.74 for a 7.67"-thick block, significantly better than the R-value of conventional blocks (R-1.11 for an 8" block). Builderscrete also offers a Super Insulator Block that contains a core of high-density EPS foam and no thermal bridging. It is available in thickness from 4" to 12" and has an R-value up to 23, depending on thickness of the block and foam core. Builderscrete products will hold a nail or screw without drilling pilot holes

Olympic’s Premium low-VOC, UV-resistant acrylic latex paints meet MPI performance criteria and are available in flat, satin, and semi-gloss. These paints resist chalking and use the company’s Dirtguard technology, which keeps dirt and moisture from penetrating the paint film, help keep it clean for longer. Olympic’s Premium exterior paint comes with a lifetime warranty.

Sherwin-Williams offers several low-VOC acrylic latex paints that meet MPI performance criteria, including A-100 and DuraCraft. These paints are available in a variety of gloss levels; can be used on vinyl, wood, metal, and masonry; and are sold at a lower price than premium paints. A-100 is formulated for improved adhesion and durability and DuraCraft for value. Both of these paints contain antimicrobials that help the film resist mold and mildew and increase their lifespan, but the long-term environmental impact of these additives is a concern.

Glidden's offers several 100% acrylic, low-VOC exterior paints, including Ultra-Hide 150 Exterior and Fortis 350 and 450. Intended for professional painters, the Fortis line is formulated for durability and a longer service life. They adhere well and resist cracking and fading, according to the company, which offers a limited lifetime warranty on these paints. Ultra-Hide provides good hiding ability and faster application and maintenance. These paints meet MPI performance standards and are available in flat, satin, and semi-gloss.

Dunn-Edward’s Acri-Hues and SpartaShield low-VOC acrylic latex paints meet MPI performance criteria and contain no ethylene glycol. SpartaShield is formulated for long-term durability and comes in flat, velvet, eggshell, low sheen, semi-gloss, and gloss finishes. Acri-Hues comes in a flat gloss level and can be used as a solid stain. These paints use the company’s zero-VOC colorants, but SpartaShield contains “Bio-Pruf” antimicrobial, which protects the paint’s film from mold and mildew but whose long-term impact on the environment is a concern.

Benjamin Moore offers several low-VOC acrylic latex exterior paints that pass MPI standards for durability. The company’s Aura and Regal Select paints are self-priming in most instances, according to the company, and provide good hiding while providing resistance to fading. Aura uses a different resin that resists chalking and produces a higher build, but Regal Select is sold at a lower cost. Aura is available in flat, "low-lustre," satin, and semi-gloss, and Regal Select in flat, "low-lustre," and soft gloss. Both paints use Benjamin Moore’s zero-VOC Gennex colorant system.

TerraPave is pH-neutral, non-corrosive, non-toxic and non-hazardous alternative to traditional concrete and asphalt pavement for decorative and recreational paths, driveways, parking areas, and private roads.
A clear resin-based binding agent made from by-products of the forest and paper products industries is combined with an aggregate to achieve the desired surface color. TerraPave can be delivered ready to install, or can be mixed onsite with standard equipment.

Aqua Blue is a zero-VOC, non-petroleum form release agent pre-blended in a stabilized water emulsion. According to the company, it is ideal for sensitive environments such as bridge formwork over rivers, streams and even potable water reservoirs. Aqua Blue is available in 5-, 55-, and 275-gallon containers.

SiltShield silt fencing is installed around job sites like traditional silt fencing, but is designed to be durable enough for reuse. The semi-rigid material includes drainage holes, to be set at or just above grade, and SiltShield's inner layer filters turbid runoff water.

DIRTT manufacturers moveable partition walls using FSC-certified wood with low- and zero-VOC water-based finishes, 20% pre-consumer recycled glass (with 100% post-consumer recycled glass available upon request), and 80% post-consumer recycled denim insulation. DIRTT's ICEberg data tool provides custom comparisons of the economic and environmental costs of building with conventional versus modular components. DIRTT walls are manufactured in Calgary, AB, and Savannah, GA.

The Speedheater Infrared (IR) Paint Remover heats paint to soften it for easy removal with a scraper. The approximately 4 lb. machine puts out 1,100W for 20–60 seconds to heat a 12" x 5" area up to 400°, safely below the temperature at which wood burns or lead paint releases toxic gas.

ASM offers several recycled-content access floor systems appropriate for a broad range of uses, including offices, schools, and retail spaces. The most popular systems are steel panels with cementitious fill, though ASM also offers panels that are entirely steel as well as wood composite core panels with steel shells. The cementitious fill panels range in recycled content from 43%–46%, with post-consumer making up 11%–15% and pre-consumer making up 28%–33%. The all-steel panels range from 42%–45% total recycled content, including 27%–29% post-consumer and 15% pre-consumer. The Woodcore system has a total recycled content of 78%, including 13% post-consumer and 65% pre-consumer recycled content. An aluminum air grate offers 100% post-consumer recycled content.
